BC Place Stadium Tickets & events - 2026 schedule in Vancouver
777 Pacific Blvd, Vancouver
Venue Information
BC Place Stadium, located at 777 Pacific Blvd in Vancouver, British Columbia, is one of the premier sports and entertainment venues in Canada. Opened in 1983, this stadium has been host to a variety of notable events including first-class football matches, concerts, and community gatherings. With a seating capacity of over 54,000, it is the largest stadium in British Columbia and has seen performances by a diverse array of artists including Metallica, Luke Combs, and Shenandoah.
The stadium operates a busy yearly schedule, with significant upcoming events, including football tournaments and shows. Upcoming events can be expected frequently, with an impressive count of up to 10 events on the horizon. Fans can rely on a guaranteed memorable experience with their favorite teams, such as the BC Lions and the Vancouver Whitecaps FC. Ticket prices vary depending on the event category, with estimates typically ranging from moderate to premium, ensuring options for all attendees.
Positive reviews frequently highlight the stadium’s modern amenities and excellent viewing angles, making it a favorite destination for both local and visiting fans. The vibrant atmosphere and rich history of BC Place ensure that it remains a landmark for sports and entertainment in Vancouver.
Seating Information
The seating arrangement at BC Place Stadium is meticulously designed to offer optimal comfort and sightlines. The best sections are predominantly located lower in the bowl, such as sections 108-112 and 130-134, providing a closer view of the action on the field or stage. These areas not only offer an immersive experience but also contribute to a more energetic environment, especially during live performances and key sporting events.
On the contrary, the upper tiers, while offering a panoramic view, may not deliver the same intimacy and excitement as the lower-level seats. Sections located high up, particularly above the 200-level, tend to have a steeper incline, which can make distant views less satisfying. Therefore, for a truly engaging experience, attendees are encouraged to select seats in the lower levels closer to the action.
Parking Information
Parking options surrounding BC Place Stadium are quite varied, catering to a multitude of preferences. The best option is the Lot 1 at 777 Pacific Blvd, which is conveniently located directly adjacent to the stadium. This lot typically charges a competitive flat rate of approximately $20 for event days, ensuring a hassle-free parking experience.
Various alternative parking locations are available around the venue, including Street parking and other nearby lots. However, it's advisable to avoid using the parking lots that are a distance away from the venue, as they may lead to longer walks or delays. The central location of BC Place Stadium within Vancouver makes it easily accessible, but securing a parking spot early is recommended for optimal convenience.

Went to BC Place for the Switzerland vs Algeria Round of 32 match during the 2026 World Cup and it was an unforgettable experience. Getting to the stadium on match day involved a lot of walking and huge crowds, but once we reached the stadium, getting inside was surprisingly smooth. Ticket scanning and security were well organized and we didn’t have any issues. Finding our gate and section was also straightforward since there were signs everywhere, and the staff around the seating areas were very helpful with finding our exact seats. My only complaint was how hot it felt inside the stadium, especially with such a huge crowd. The atmosphere though was absolutely insane. Over 52,000 people packed into BC Place, with everyone cheering and chanting together. The energy throughout the stadium was something else. Watching a World Cup knockout match in person honestly felt like a dream and it’s hard to describe the atmosphere in words. BC Place was an amazing venue for an experience I’ll never forget. ⚽️🏟️

I first visited BC Place in May 2024 to watch a Vancouver Whitecaps match. My second visit was in March 2026 for another Whitecaps game, and my most recent visit was in June 2026 to watch the FIFA World Cup group-stage match between Turkey and Australia. To be honest, I don’t find Whitecaps matches particularly exciting. I go occasionally for entertainment and to enjoy the atmosphere, but they don’t leave a lasting impression on me. The World Cup experience, however, was completely different. Watching my home country, Turkey 🇹🇷, play in the World Cup against Australia was a memorable experience, and the overall organization was noticeably better than the regular MLS matches. Despite the large crowds, entry to the stadium has always been well managed, and the security lines move surprisingly quickly. The stadium itself is modern, easy to access by public transit, and well designed, making it a convenient venue to visit. My only real criticism is the price of food and beverages inside the stadium. Concession prices are extremely high, and I believe they could be more reasonable. Overall, BC Place is an excellent stadium with efficient operations, great accessibility, and an outstanding atmosphere for major international events.

My first time watching the Whitecaps, and I had such a great time! The game was exciting and they played really well. The atmosphere was amazing, and it was such a fun experience. 👍🏻⚽️ I’d definitely come back to watch another game if I get the chance. Let’s continue to support Canadian soccer! 🇨🇦⚽️

This was our first time at the venue and we thought it was great! We had floor seats but with how the stage was placed it seemed like there were no bad seats in the house. The stadium was easily walkable from our Yaletown hotel, and it was exciting to hear the thumping music from the opening band as we walked there. The crowd was mostly orderly, and there was a strong security presence. Despite that we felt like we were in a constant swirl of cannabis smoke 😂 Our only complaint is that the floor seats were folding chairs that didn't easily accommodate our larger bodies, but we rarely sitting when the band was rocking, so there's that.

Went to BC Place for a FIFA match and had a great experience. Even with a packed crowd of over 55,000 people, everything was extremely well organized. Security and entry lines moved quickly, and getting into the stadium was surprisingly smooth given the size of the event. The atmosphere was incredible, and the stadium did a great job handling such a large crowd. As expected, the food and drinks from the vendors were wildly expensive, but that’s pretty standard for major sporting events. Overall, BC Place delivered a fantastic game-day experience. Great venue, great atmosphere, and impressive crowd management. Would definitely attend another match here.
