  Nice clean underground lot. Nice elevator lobby and elevator takes you up to the light and airy main floor atrium/lobby in front of a little cute cafe. Just read the parking instructions carefully so you know what you're paying. Parked on a Saturday for $7.75 until 6pm and then would have to pay another $7.50 (pay first ticket then get a new ticket) which is the afternoon "special" rate if you enter after 3pm. Otherwise it's $2.75 per half hour. Quite convoluted. We just paid till 6 and left.

  On a hot summer day in the rounding years of my twenties I ventured into the deep underbelly of Vancouver. Even traversing so far beneath the streets could not shade of from the heats presence. Guided by the scraping of our antenna did we find our path. Two stories away from the sky did we find suitable accommodations for our nearly seven foot high hulking mass of tire and steel. We sought to find the mechanical marvel of which to present our coin, but to no avail! only by delving further into the bowels of the earth could we find the station of which we could gain the favour to stay within these walls. By chance you find yourself within these same walls pay mind to the hidden toll collector for they dwell deeper than the first common folk. The mid day allows for great range of choice to situate one's steed for a short time. However, be warned! there is little guidance towards the surface when you delve into this hovel. 4/5 would park again.

  👍👍 + good alternative to "Waterfront Road Lot 1292" ( √ instead 35$ till midnight eg 13$ till 6pm √ Sunday entry / exit via Hyatt elevator √ P1 even with free WiFi via "Royal Centre Gym" √ footwalk distance to Canada Place / Gastown / Pacific Centre)

  A particularly expensive lot, but my vehicle went unmolested from roughly 6:30pm to almost 1am, and no one creepy was hanging around when I returned to the vehicle. So really, that's pretty good.

  The parking lot payment can only be done through hang tag app. They charge a 35cents convenience fee as you are doing it online which is pretty annoying. Didn't realoze this until we went there and checked out the notice. So please use your mobile app and pay beforehand. We went in the weekend and it was pretty empty. There were not too many cars in there. Not too many evos there as well. So if you plan to visit on a weekend that's the best time.

  Only open 6am to 7pm. It is not 24hrs. Theirs a charge of 60$ to get your car out if you park later than 7pm. Make sure you leave before 7 to save your money.
