  Parked there on level P1 for 2 hours on a Saturday afternoon. No break-ins. No tickets. I could not find a payment station on P1. I remembered when we entered at street level there was an attendant directing traffic. So I went down to ask him. He said there is one on P2 near the elevator on the opposite end of where I was parked. The payment station does not give a paper receipt. You have to scan a QR code to get it on your phone.

  I’d like to set the record straight here. First of all the app you need to get is easy and stated at the entrance called Zipby you get this free app and add your vehicle to the zone and you can literally pay by the minute, hour or day. It’s incredibly easy. I can’t speak to night parking .. 🅿️ I only used it in the day $7.55 for the hour and I got a cute notification 5 minutes before like requested. That’s 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️for me

  Parked for 2 hours for Valentine's dinner and had no issues - we had no problems in that time, and all things considered, it seems fairly safe with security patrolling the area. Given all the previous negative reviews I figured they deserve some recognition so others aren't so offput by it
