  This place was under construction for so long that I started to think it would never open, but lo and behold, it did, and it's great! Both my roommate and I are Latino, and while this isn't the most authentic food ever or anything, we both still love this place, and unlike Chipotle I don't feel bloated or lethargic after I finish eating here. The staff are also all super friendly and great at their jobs; it's been a while since I had fast food that actually felt FAST and convenient, let alone of this quality. Definitely recommend to anyone else that's been craving more Mexican food in the Hastings Sunrise area!

  I was really excited to hear that Dos Bros opened a new location in Vancouver, especially since I’ve always had such a great experience at their Abbotsford location. We visited on day 2. My husband ordered his usual burrito and enjoyed it, which was great to see. However, I’ll be honest that my tacos didn’t quite match the experience I’m used to in Abbotsford. The taco shells were nice and crunchy, but the toppings felt a bit unevenly distributed, and the overall freshness didn’t come through the same way it usually does. I think my expectations were high because I know how amazing Dos Bros can be. That said, I really appreciated that a staff member came over to check in. I shared my feedback, and she was very kind, professional, and reassuring. She mentioned she also manages the Abbotsford location and is committed to making sure this location delivers the same great quality, which I truly respect. I’m sharing this feedback because I genuinely want this location to succeed. The Abbotsford location is excellent. Consistently fresh, flavourful, and great service and I know this new spot has that same potential. Looking forward to giving it another try soon!

  My kids love this place. The kids meal is amazing. The bags of chips are huge. The food is very good and the portions are generous. Price is also very reasonable. The salads and bowls are pretty much two meals. The burritos are the size of a football. The only complaint is the sound atmosphere. There’s nothing to absorb sound waves so it’s super hard to hear anything when ordering. I really have to lean in and everything has to be repeated.

  Loved their thin crust pizzas, did visit the place couple of times. Easy and quick ordering food, the staff are quite friendly and welcoming. Have being going to the place multiple instances now, the pizza is always the bite to go for a quick snack. Got seating for indining as well.

  Ordered the unlimited medium topping pizza. I enjoyed it. Crust not too thick or thin. Pizza Flavour i’d say 8/10 but I am eating it very hot. Should have probably let it cool a bit. However the people working were so nice and so friendly. I enjoyed the experience! Thanks so much!

  Plain flavoured Tempura Udon soup with Fresh vegetables + 4 pieces temp. One of which is prawn. Sushi quite good. Agedashi Tofu ok, light flavour. Tea is refilled regularly. No sake.

  Not the best sushi I have ever had but the price reflects it. Overall I was very happy with my meal. The Ika Karaage with house made wasabi pepper was my favorite. Staff was friendly. If you want quick, tasty, and budget friendly sushi, this is the place.

  Visited this Subway for the first time and had a great experience! Sandeep and her teammate were really friendly, welcoming, and professional. My 6 inch Veggie Patty was made fresh, with great cleanliness and attention to detail. They also gave me some good suggestions while making my meal. I really liked that they have a washroom too, which many Subway locations don’t. Overall, great customer service and a very positive experience. I’ll definitely come back

  Had been wanting to try this place for a long time, and glad I finally did! The mentai cream udon was exactly what I needed to cure my hangover. Chewy udon noodles coated in a warm, creamy pollock roe sauce really hit the spot. My friends ordered a bunch of other udon dishes, and I managed to sneak in a few bites. The curry was rich and flavorful, while the beef brisket was incredibly tender and practically melted in my mouth. We went on a Sunday afternoon and had to wait about 30 minutes for a table, though we were a pretty big group. Prices were reasonable, and the food definitely satisfied my cravings. Just wish the portions were a tad bigger, as I could easily have eaten more!

  Very friendly staff, no wait on a Wednesday at lunch, excellent udon noodles! The bowls are sunhat-sized but they are shallow so manageable. Tried the KitsuneCurryTamago Toji and NikuWaka and both broths were wonderfully flavoured, beef was super tender in the NikuWaka.

  A good spot if you love udon. Motonobu Udon, located at 3501 E. Hastings Street in Vancouver, does not have a traditional Michelin star, but it is an esteemed Michelin Bib Gourmand restaurant. This award highlights eateries that serve high-quality food at an approachable price. Our waitress recommended to try with beef, brisket, and I also noticed a lot of pictures in the reviews regarding their Inari sushi. 🍣 My mother and I both tried the NikuToji hot, so they’re standard udon with beef brisket, and something they described as an egg swirl, which was a generous portion of egg swirl within the broth. The brisket was very tender, and there were three slabs. The broth was flavourful as well. And if you really enjoy udon, you will like it, I wish there was a little bit more meat that had come with the dish. My daughter has an allergy to eggs, and they were accommodating. She had the plain udon and added beef brisket. It was also good. For the Inari Sushi we tried the shiitake and also the Salmon. The inari itself is quite juicy and flavorful. Our server was very nice. A good spot I don’t know if I would go out of my way to eat here, but that’s partially because I’m not the biggest udon fan either. If you prefer udon over Ramen or Pho or Big Wah pot - then this is probably your spot.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Just Waffles was absolutely amazing! The waffles were fresh, crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and loaded with delicious toppings. What really stood out was that everything was made from scratch, including the waffles themselves, which were freshly made. You can genuinely taste the difference in the quality and freshness! I had the waffle topped with Nutella,bananas, and strawberries, and it was absolutely delicious. The portions were generous, the presentation was great, and every bite was worth it. A special shoutout to Kathy and Calvin, who were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. They went above and beyond to make the experience enjoyable, and their hospitality made us feel genuinely appreciated. If you’re looking for freshly made waffles, quality ingredients, and outstanding customer service, I highly recommend Just Waffles. It’s the kind of place where both the food and the people make you want to come back. We’ll definitely be visiting again! ❤️

Would you like them to be handmade from scratch with care and described for you in enticing detail as you order, making your stomach growl in anticipation?   I couldn’t recommend this place MORE. The food was top quality, the customer service was even better and the atmosphere was exactly what we needed for a Saturday brunch. We got the pleasure of having waffle made by Calvin Klein, what more could you want! We will be back as the menu offer so much, and I haven’t stopped dreaming about the waffles since!!

  My favourite place to go when im craving Pho! I love the Classic Noodle Pho Soup and salad rolls. I’ve been to this place many times and ordered online and the service and food quality is immaculate! Give it a try if you’re around the area.

  Food was delicious. Service was amazing. The lemon grass chicken on the side not pictured was amazing. The spring rolls were so fresh and picked veg on the side. The servers checked on us so many times and refilled water. I would come here again. My new favourite place.

  Simple decor, friendly service, good portions and fair prices. The grilled beef and spring rolls was the stand out; rice paper wrappers, plenty of meaty filling and not very oily. Pho was declared to be good, standard fare. Similar for the lemongrass chicken. Will definitely return for the spring rolls. We also picked up some house made chili oil. Man does it pack a punch!
