Fantastic facilities, great costumes and superb acting. I just wish I knew Elizabethan language better so I could understand fully. I admire the hard work the society goes through to put this festival on each summer. Kudos to this cultural cornerstone of Vancouver.

We saw Twelfth Night and the production was unique and very fun. The acting was top notch and the theatre is quite intimate. Ushers were outstanding and helpful with my husband who uses a walker.

I absolutely LOVE all creative workshops that Bard offers to the community for free! As a beginning actor, I appreciate the diversity of the subjects, affordability and, of course, getting to know AMAZING passionate people who are so eager to share their knowledge about art with the community! I learned many new techniques that will certainly allow me deepening my acting craft and create more profound performances. I want to mention that BARD workshops not only made a huge difference in my professional development, but also made me so very happy and helped me become a better person! THANK YOU Maria and Santana, and all the Teachers and Team members of the BARD!

Went to As You Like It yesterday and it was OUTSTANDING. A wonderful, modern take on Shakespeare’s play, full of Beatles songs in all the right places. Top quality performance by all. It was a real treat to attend this event in my own city. Highly recommended.
