What an awesome space! My hubby and I brought our older teens to the 7:30 improv show on Saturday and it was so fun! Love that you can get a drink and hang in a comfortable lounge area before heading to the theatre spaces. We were upstairs in the Racoon room and it was a cozy space for some good laughs! Liz who checked us in and sold us our sodas was really friendly and told us lots about the company and the venue. I felt the tickets were also very well priced and it was a great little night out! We will be back!

This is such a welcoming space! If you’re in the area you’ve gotta come here. The host was so nice, it was super busy and she was doing two jobs at once but she was still super chatty and just lovely. You can tell they’ve went to an effort to cultivate a welcoming space, where all types of people are welcome. If I’m back in Vancouver, I’ll be back!

What a cool little place. Real good vibe. The staff are the friendliest, most helpful people. I'm so glad we were in town and could catch a couple of show. Also: more comedy clubs should have a microscale Lego model of itself.

Great night! All three comics were extremely funny and the host was strong (went to a competitor’s show a few nights earlier and that was not the case). Headliner Sophia Johnson was hilarious. Recommend!

Little Mountain Gallery is easily my favourite comedy venue in Vancouver. It's the best place to find weird, alternative comedy shows that aren't just your standard standup or improv. They have that too, but you won't find parody song comedy with owl puppets (Weird Owl Karaoke), Mystery Science Theater 3000 style bad movie nights (Tubi Nights) or chaotic bingo with bullshit prizes (Comedy Bingo) anywhere else. They've even started an annual-ish event called Weird Little Weekend to give local comedians the opportunity to create new out of the ordinary shows. Best I saw was Riley Hardwick's Local Affairs, a fake rural town hall meeting where comedians improvised a defense for their recent actions around town. Then were forced to explain themselves as more of their own backstory was revealed, often contradicting what they just said. Like Thank God You're Here but less forced and actually good. I'm thankful for all the hard work put in by Brent Constantine and everyone else that has helped keep LMG alive. When I lived in Victoria, Eventbrite would taunt me with shows at LMG it thought were "in my area". And after finally moving to Vancouver the old venue was only around for a few more months before being forcefullly shut down to make condos. So it's great to have the place back up and running in Gastown where it can thrive on the added foot traffic of confused tourists. Also I'm still waiting for the next "Dating Tips and Tricks and Expert Love Advice: The Singles Mingler" so that I can once again be among the few attendees not expecting an actual singles mingler. An update from the Grombo Ranch is long overdue.
