We stayed here for 4 nights in mid-May during the second leg of our honeymoon, and this hotel was truly a lifesaver. After a terrible Airbnb experience on our 1st day, we were so relieved to find comfortable accommodations at an affordable rate especially during a peak time (before FIFA world cup). The renovated rooms and bathroom were clean, modern, and comfortable—exactly what we needed to relax and enjoy our trip. We also loved the breakfast: it offered a complete selection, and the breakfast room was spacious, making mornings feel easy and enjoyable. The hotel was wonderfully quiet, allowing us to rest well after busy days exploring the city. We never had issues with noise, and it felt like a calm, peaceful retreat to return to each evening. We also felt safe throughout our entire stay. We later learned it was close to the well-known “Downtown East Hastings” area, but we never felt uncomfortable or unsafe during our visit. Its location is also a huge plus for tourists like us, as it is close to downtown and city bus tours and made exploring the city so much easier. Another standout is the renovated event space, which sits in the middle of all the rooms like a peaceful sanctuary. It would be such a wonderful setting for weddings, celebrations, or other special events. We’re so grateful this hotel turned our honeymoon around after such a stressful start. We almost went home to our home city and turn our honeymoon into a disaster so HUGE THANK YOU to this hotel! Highly recommended for travellers looking for great value, comfort, safety, convenience, and a lovely breakfast! We would definitely stay at this hotel when we visit Vancouver next time! :)

Great location to stay if you're going to the PNE forum or near by. Easy walking. For a local hotel it was very nice, clean, and staff was so helpful and amazingly kind! We stood in the Presidential Suite and it was HUGE! we loved the all the amenities and our stay was surprisingly quite. Across the street is the gas station and many local restaurants that were delicious. Downtown is only 20 min ride away to fun adventures. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a really great experience during our stay. The room/linen/bathroom were all very clean. The front desk staff and cleaning staff were SO friendly and accommodating. The location is in a working class neighborhood, nothing real fancy. About 4-5 blocks down from our hotel is where a congregation of homeless come out at night. We never had any safety concerns at The Atrium, though. Good, secure underground parking. We will most certainly be back.
