Watching from behind a wall

My son is a huge soccer fan and we got the tickets for his birthday. The only tickets that were left were general admission so we thought we would make the best of it. When we arrived at the game the person directing us to our seat said the only seats left for general admission was in section 201. As we walked to the section we could see that there was a huge concrete wall in front of the section. The only half of the field that we could see was the end without the TV screen so we couldn't see any plays on the other end. Why they would actually put seats behind a wall is a mystery. The other frustration was there were seats on the upper level that were covered with a tarp that they could have opened for general admission. Needless to say we will never buy tickets again for this venue. The Timbers should give refunds to everyone who sat behind the wall!!!
