Very loud but lovely and delicious place with a menu with many global influences added into the options. We had dropped a fork and a waiter immediately came with another one before we even picked up the fallen fork! It made for a very magical moment. The food was delicious, perfectly cooked and suited everyone’s tastes. Would definitely recommend for a fun outing!

Enjoy coming to this restaurant. I ordered the lamb dish which is what they are known for. Huge portions, can definitely be shared with someone. It would be nice to order this, and something else a bit smaller and share with your friend. We sat in the round booth with red chairs. So it was really cozy, and good size to chat with everyone around the table. Very nice atmosphere that's not too loud, which is appreciated. So easy to chat with people. Other people ordered ahi tuna, tofu, mussels, and other dishes. I also had a glass of chardonnay. So it was a very pleasant evening songstress new friends and acquaintances. The server was really friendly and polite.

Chambar is absolutely buzzing right now, just before the Bruno Mars concert, and the service has been exceptional! One name to remember: Conor, the fantastic bartender! He recommended the food for my husband and me, and we trusted his choices immediately — what a great decision! He somehow manages to remember everyone’s name, even in the middle of all the hustle and bustle. Conor is professional, warm, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. His attention to detail and genuine hospitality really stand out. Amazing service, great recommendations, and a wonderful experience overall. Highly recommend Chambar, and if you’re lucky enough to be served by Conor, you’re in great hands! The whole team rocks! Check the photos… the best cheesecake . Conor is on the first photo, Bryan on the second and Jeremy on the third.

I had a wonderful dining experience at Gotham Steakhouse & Cocktail Bar in Vancouver. The highlight of the evening was definitely the steak. It was beautifully seared on the outside, incredibly juicy and tender on the inside, and packed with rich, delicious flavor. Every bite was absolutely satisfying, and the quality of the beef was truly outstanding. The service was equally impressive. The staff were friendly, attentive, and professional, making the entire dining experience even more enjoyable. The restaurant also offered an elegant and sophisticated atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing and memorable dinner. From the exceptional steak to the excellent service and beautiful ambiance, everything exceeded my expectations. This was undoubtedly one of the best steakhouse experiences I had during my trip to Vancouver. I would absolutely love to visit again and highly recommend Gotham Steakhouse to anyone who appreciates a perfectly cooked, high-quality steak. Truly a fantastic dining experience!

This place was phenomenal! If you’re looking for a steakhouse and you’re in the area, this is the one! Service was exceptional; our waiter was very knowledgeable about all the dishes on the menu. I’m not much of a red meat person myself and our waiter recommended the seared tuna, which was outstanding. My friend did the New York strip loin and it was cooked to perfection and super juicy. And the key lime pie for desert was out of this world. Another word on the waiter - he made some recommendations on stuff to do and was great fun to chat to. Overall I’d highly recommend this place, if I’m back in the area with friends, I’ll be back!

In my recent trip to Vancouver, I decided to treat myself a birthday dinner at this place. I got there later than I had wanted. Firstly, the receptionist, she was so nice on the phone. When I was running late she even followed up with me. Then when I got there things were already getting quieter gradually. I decided to stay nevertheless and treat myself to some a mind blowing steak with bread and vegetables along with wine, all ordered separately and have their own prices. This is where I wished they had a proper meal instead of you paying for each item. Just for myself I ended up paying $150+. On google the prices were a bit different and not the same as on the menu at they had in person. So yes it’s an expensive place to eat but hey I was told that they had a happy hour and the prices seem so much more reasonable. Nevertheless, not going to take away from the quality of not just food, but the venue and the server. If I recall his name correctly his name was Luke? He was very nice and professional. The venue itself had a dim light vibe aand there is a lounge section where they also have a piano which I think would be my favourite section. The steak was probably the best steak of my life. So thank you for the wonderful dinner and going out of your way to serve me beyond the regular hours. I appreciated your patience and left feeling pretty accomplished despite the higher prices.

Hey, I thought Turkey was where East met West! I didn’t realize it was as easy as sprinkling some seaweed on fries and a hot dog and adding some yuzu to lemonade. If I was less cultured, I wouldn’t care about the hyperbolic claim but being such a refined sophisticate means I can’t let this go without a touch of protest.

The Best Keg Location — Flawless Execution Every Time Having been to pretty much most of The Keg locations, I can confidently say the Dunsmuir spot is hands-down the best. They nail everything here, right from the complimentary warm bread to the main meal. Whenever I come here, I only order the 20 oz Bone-In Rib Steak (attached a picture so you can see what it looks like!). Most people overlook this cut and opt for the cheaper steaks on the menu, but if you're willing to splurge a bit, this is the one to get. It’s their largest, most impressive cut, grilled to absolute perfection with incredible flavor packed in from the bone. Naturally, you have to pair it with their Twice Baked Potato and cap off the night with the Billy Miner Pie. Being in downtown Vancouver, the crowd is professional, and the service is top-tier—all the staff here are genuinely attentive, friendly, and on top of their game. Bottom line: The premier Keg location in the city. If you want the ultimate steak experience here, treat yourself and order the Rib Steak!

Lovely visit to the cities iconic rotating restaurant. It's takes an hour to fully rotate and the views were stunning. The waitress and staff were very obliging and my Husband even received a birthday card and candle in a desert. The only disappointment was receiving my lunch ten minutes after my Husband's. He had almost finished his. The kitchen should not have sent his out before mine. Well worth a visit just for the views.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Pure Relaxation for the Soul and Exquisite Seafood! If you are looking for the perfect combination of breathtaking scenery and exceptional dining in Vancouver, this is absolutely the place to be! The Top of Vancouver Revolving Restaurant offers an atmosphere that is simply unmatched. The absolute highlight of the evening was, without a doubt, the stunning 360-degree panoramic view. As the restaurant gently and continuously revolves, watching the magnificent city skyline, the ocean, and the majestic mountains slowly pass by is pure relaxation for the soul. It is a truly mesmerizing experience to just sit by the window and take it all in. The food was equally spectacular. I ordered the seafood and fish, and every single bite was incredibly fresh, perfectly cooked, and bursting with flavor. You can really tell they use high-quality, local ingredients to create their dishes. Moreover, the service was outstanding. The staff is incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming, making sure you feel completely comfortable and cared for throughout the entire visit. They truly go above and beyond to make your evening special. I highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting the city — it is an unforgettable experience!

Went here on a Wednesday at 7pm for our anniversary and overall had a memorable time. Definitely a once in a life experience, even as a local. But obviously for a restaurant like this where you sit affects your experience greatly. So I was on the fence about paying extra for a guaranteed window seat, but we went on a weeknight and it wasn't busy that we got seated promptly. If you're flexible, aim for a reservation around the time I did: 30 min to 1 hr before sunset. Worked out perfectly for us as we had a chance to see the daytime skyline, sunset, and night time skyline of Vancouver which were beyond breathtaking. We were lucky enough because on a busier day, they may limit your seating to 2hrs. So know your priorities with the views. I had to read so many reviews yet couldn’t get much of help so hopefully my tip helps. Food: We ordered lamb shank, filet mignon, and the torched wagyu as an appetizer, plus few cocktails. Bills just over $300 before tax and gratuity, so yes it’s not cheap for sure. Quite frankly it does factor in the view price and the lift ticket. If you are considering the 3-course set menu my rationale for opposing is that the appetizer and entree choices are pretty limited unless you pay extra to upgrade, so just might as well order à la carte that you really crave for instead. Portions are decent so if you order an appetizer + entree each, you honestly won't have room for dessert anyway. Taste: Torched Wagyu was excellent. Melts in mouth immediately and their house ponzu sauce is rich in flavor and definitely one of a kind. They torch it in front of your table so adds a bit of entertainments to your night. Lamb shank was very tender and paired really well with the sauce. Beautifully presented, good ingredients. The filet mignon, though, for a $95 entree I expected a little more. It wasn't as juicy or soft as I'd hoped, and I've had better steak elsewhere for less. If I went back I'd probably try the NY strip or something else on the menu instead. Views/Atmosphere: Where this place really delivers is the view. Words don't really do it justice and so can’t the photos. We caught the daytime skyline, the sunset, and the night skyline all in one sitting. Cocktails over Vancouver harbor view and skyline during sunset: say less. Service: Honestly never had such hospitality elsewhere in this city: truly “TOP of Vancouver”. From the receptionist on the ground floor to our main server, everyone here was very professional and welcoming. Our server Isabella was warm, attentive, and even brought out a complimentary dessert for our anniversary without us asking.

I had a great experience at Old Spaghetti Factory! 🍝❤️ The pasta was really good, and the drinks were amazing too. One of my favourite things is the complimentary bread they serve at the beginning — I always look forward to it! 🥖 Their pastries are also delicious, especially the pistachio one they currently have. The clam chowder was really good as well. Overall, a lovely place to enjoy good food, drinks, and dessert. Definitely worth visiting! ✨

This was Day 3 since we arrived in Vancouver all the way from Hong Kong. We would like to thank Soraya for her service during our visit to the restaurant. She is passionate in serving us, and so patient when taking orders for my parents cuz their English might not be that good or fluent. She is also willing to help and acts quickly to provide whatever we requested. Besides, she is so friendly, which leaves us with a great impression during our first few days trip here. We really love her vibe, and indeed she did make our day ^v^. Thank you!!! (Pls forgive me if I spell your name wrong; my jet lag still hit me) The food was really good too: pasta, sauce, excellent balance (we tried pesto linguine, lasagna and manicotti). Garlic butter spread goes really well with sourdough. French onion soup was so fresh and hot, and Clam chowder was also filled with different seafood treasures (my parents really like it). Great design for the hot tea cup holder (light bulb shaped), so unique and special; good coffee taste with milk and sugar aside; ice cream is the perfect wrap-up for the meal (the trio mixed flavour is really good) Atmosphere there was good too, the place is very-designed and vintage in a good way. The train in the restaurants adds a glimpse of history taste, which can synchronise with the background of the Gastown. The weighing balance can hardly see in HK now so really surprised to see this and we also weighed our weight for fun XD. Overall, very impressive restaurant with amazing employees ❤️.

Everything was really good! Our server was super kind and friendly. They brought us bread with garlic butter before the food, and we could choose between soup or salad with our pasta. The pasta itself was really good, and the tiramisu for dessert was amazing too. The restaurant was really big and had a calm atmosphere. Overall, we had a great experience and I’d definitely come back!

A very nice place to dine. We had the blackened chicken and changed the mash potato to truffle fries shared for two and it arrived beautifully plated/split for two; awesome and so delicious! Highly recommendable. The burger hit the spot, but the chicken tenders were kind of bland even when dipped in those sauces provided. Service was great, the washroom’s upstairs and may be hard for the seniors. There’s an elevator, but that day we went was out of order. Overall, this location is awesome! Thanks for being there, Cactus Club Cafe… 😍

My daughter and I both slept extremely well. The rainfall shower was another highlight and made the room feel extra luxurious.
