Stunning meal! The ravioli was cooked perfectly al dente, the prawns were amazing, and the sauce was next level with a tiny amount of pine nuts. The cocktail was delicious, and I loved the Tajín decorating the glass. Mike provided fantastic, attentive service and nothing was too much trouble. My only small complaint was that the meal took quite a while to arrive, but overall it was a great dining experience. Perfect finish to my day.

Wonderful experience provided by Fresh Tracks. We were seated by the windows with a great view of the harbor. The waitress was very professional and thorough reviewing which choices on the Pre Fixe menu did not have soy for my wife. The first course Kale salad was fresh and tasty. The second course Butternut Squash Ravioli with Prawns was outstanding! My wife had the Filet Mignon what was initially undercooked but quickly fixed. It was tender and tasty. I had the Truffle Parmesan Chicken which was excellent. We finished with the Coconut Peanut Butter Crunch Bar and they gladly substituted the desert choices with a Crème brûlée for my wife. Everything was top notch, the service, the food and the overall atmosphere.

Our anniversary trip to Fairmont Pacific Rim was such a lovely experience and a real highlight for us.Vancouver was our final stop on the list, and turned out to be the most memorable. Since retiring, we have more time to travel and enjoy the things that make a stay truly special. The location is fantastic, right by the harbour and within walking distance of so many great restaurants. We had heard wonderful things about the hotel, and now we can see why. The views are beautiful, but it was really the people who made our stay memorable. A special thank you to Christina from the concierge team, who reached out before our arrival and made our anniversary feel extra special. She took care of so many thoughtful details, and we really appreciated the personal touch. Even though the hotel was busy during our visit in early September, we always felt welcome and well looked after. As food lovers, we also really enjoyed lounge in the main lobby. The food and overall dining experience were excellent. The staff in the Gold lounge were lovely, too, and the chef (Mohamed?) made what was honestly the best French toast we have ever had! We left with some wonderful memories and are already looking forward to coming back. We would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a special stay in Vancouver.

Go for gold. If you can, you should book Gold for business and especially for occasions that deserve to be celebrated. We've stayed Gold for business and having the Gold lounge Access is such a beautiful break from working in your hotel room, at the Pac Rim this is especially true with the ocean views on the patio. But in this particular visit we were here to celebrate with our kids too. We were spoiled with great service and special touches like kids sized robes and slippers in our room. The snacks throughout the day in the Gold lounge were delicious and well thought and most importantly not your standard Sysco and Gordon fare. Breakfast was a stand out and better than most restaurants you could go to in the city. The service was attentive and authentic. And most of all the location was beautiful and I could have spent the whole day drinking tea on that patio. We cannot wait to come back.

Beautiful hotel right by the waterfront with great views over the Pacific especially for sunrise. Location is perfect close to everything (city, restaurants, waterfront, Stanley Park). Nice lobby and bar area. Gym is spacious and very modern with some refreshments, red light therapy and pilates instruments. Pool offers nice views over the water. Come early there for sunny spots. Hotel has a great coffee in the lobby as well. (Giovane coffee does great ham and cheese croissant and cortados :) a very pleasant stay!

We had an excellent room with a harbour view. We arrived early morning and appreciated that the hotel staff were prepared to go out of their way to ensure that no problems would arise. The Pinnacle is a five star hotel and definitely lives up to that rating. We had our meals in the restaurant as it served a wide range of menu options and made life easy. The buffet breakfast I felt was a little overpriced but that was the only downside. We found the serving staff were very friendly and engaging. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Location is perfect. 5-10 minutes walk from Canada Place. Check-in easy. Able to leave luggage all day until room was available. Room was 914 two doubles with a city view. It is in need of renovation but it is clearly stated on the website and in the lobby that renovations are currently being done within the hotel. Beds were extremely comfortable. Bathroom was a nice size with plenty of free toiletries including a hairdryer. Shower was very nice with good water pressure. Rooms were cleaned every day. This is where the hotel exceeded. The staff who cleaned our room every day are a credit to the hotel. They changed the towels, topped up toiletries, tea and coffee pods and made our room feel fresh every day. We were not feeling very well for the whole 6 nights and really appreciated the room being cleaned each day. So thank you room cleaners. All the staff are nice at this hotel and the location is great.

The room is spacious, clean, modern, quiet, and the view across the bay is a spectacular bonus. The bed is firm and comfortable. Bathroom is clean and fully stocked. There's a coffee maker and a drawer full of all the fixings and a selection of K-Cups. Although there isn't a full balcony, the floor-to-ceiling doors slide fully open to enjoy the view and get fresh air with a sturdy railing to keep you safe. The staff were all very friendly, attentive, and professional. This is a great pre or post cruise hotel, it's about a 10minute walk or quick taxi ride to Canada Place, and it's a great base to explore Vancouver. Just a couple of notes, there's no shelf inside the shower (inconvenient) there's no grab bar in the shower (safety), The pocket door for the bathroom seriously needs a handle, it's too heavy to open or close, especially for the elderly.

It was my first time going to this location and the atmosphere was amazing! For starter i got the hot chicken with pickle and it was one the best things I tried in my life their that I forgot to take picture of it, Caesar salad is so flavourful. Their croel blackend chicken is very amazing right amount of spices! Definitely recommend this place !!!

A very nice place to dine. We had the blackened chicken and changed the mash potato to truffle fries shared for two and it arrived beautifully plated/split for two; awesome and so delicious! Highly recommendable. The burger hit the spot, but the chicken tenders were kind of bland even when dipped in those sauces provided. Service was great, the washroom’s upstairs and may be hard for the seniors. There’s an elevator, but that day we went was out of order. Overall, this location is awesome! Thanks for being there, Cactus Club Cafe… 😍

We had a wonderful experience at Coast, and having Peter as our waiter was the cherry on top. We had dinner here to celebrate my husband’s birthday and it was delightful. We were able to secure reservations online on the same day. Peter provided exceptional service and was such a joy. The entire service team was wonderful. The food was so delicious - we had a hard time deciding what to order! We started with the Nami sushi roll, and then had the halibut special and the seafood linguine for our entrees. The cocktails were great too. We hope to come back the next time we visit Vancouver!

We had the pleasure of being served by Peter, and he made our dining experience exceptional. He was incredibly attentive and made us feel genuinely well taken care of. We never had to ask for anything—he always seemed to anticipate exactly what we needed and checked in at just the right moments. One thoughtful gesture that really stood out was when he noticed our outfits and switched our white napkins to black without us even asking. It was such a considerate touch and showed his attention to detail. Thank you, Peter, for the outstanding service!

The restaurant is in a great location in downtown Vancouver and seems to be quite a popular spot. I ordered their signature lobster carbonara, but unfortunately, I found it a bit too creamy for my taste. Overall, the dish wasn’t quite as amazing as I had expected. On the positive side, their happy hour deals are definitely worth checking out, especially the $6 beer! They also offer lunch and dinner set menus, which are nice options. Overall, while the food didn’t completely live up to my expectations, it’s still a nice place to visit and worth giving a try, especially during happy hour.

Lovely hotel. Service was excellent. Hotel was relaxing and very convenient. The room was showing its age with an iffy shower & we couldn’t work the thermostat, so had to request a fan and keep the window open the entire stay. But we enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

An exceptional five-star experience from beginning to end. From the moment we walked through the doors of the Fairmont Hotel Vancouver, we were greeted with professionalism, warmth, and genuine hospitality. The front desk team made check-in seamless and welcoming, and throughout our stay, every member of the staff we interacted with was attentive, kind, and accommodating. A special thank you to Mod, the manager, who was truly exceptional. He went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of and made us feel genuinely valued as guests. His professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail really stood out and made our experience even more memorable. It is clear that he takes great pride in both the hotel and his team. What impressed us most was the consistency of the service across the entire hotel—from the front desk and management team all the way through to check-out. Every interaction reflected the high standards you would expect from a five-star property. A beautiful hotel, an incredible location, and, most importantly, an outstanding team. We left feeling genuinely appreciated and very well taken care of. We would gladly return and highly recommend the Fairmont Hotel Vancouver. A well-deserved five stars!

We had a wonderful stay at the Fairmont Hotel Vancouver and it truly felt like a special experience from start to finish. We had valet parking prearranged, which made arriving in busy downtown Vancouver incredibly easy and stress-free. The valet team was fast, professional, and attentive, immediately asking if we needed help with bags or assistance getting settled. Every concierge staff member we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. The service throughout the hotel consistently felt polished and warm. Check-in was quick and seamless. I really appreciated the smile and welcome acknowledging my Accor ALL membership. Our room was exceptionally quiet and very clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. My daughter and I both slept extremely well. The rainfall shower was another highlight and made the room feel extra luxurious. I also had a light breakfast at the hotel restaurant, and it was excellent. The service was fast and attentive, and the food was genuinely delicious and beautifully prepared. This stay felt elegant, relaxing, and effortless. We’ll absolutely be back for another special getaway in Vancouver.

Super friendly for single customer becoz they have bar table with tiny bbq stove ! Location is very good just few walks after exit Burrard station. I felt a bit Odd of their policy, every purchase just max 8pcs sashimi ,it is call "limited" AYCE, however, the sashimi taste good and thick! Besides other dishes are umlimited order! The BBQ beef is nice, i also ordered different rolls, which is taste good, too. I recommend ordered fried chick, scallop roll, i will come again if the day i want eat sushi ! ☺

Honestly, an amazing all you can eat buffet and my new favourite place. There was not a single thing I didn’t like; however, my favourites were the salmon sashimi, peanut butter seaweed salad, radish, scallop hand roll, deep fried scallops, deep fried gyoza, miso soup, BBQ beef short rib, and the coffee jello. Even the Shirley temple drink I got was perfect. It got a little warm with the little BBQs going but they shut it off after you are done grilling all your meat. Service was friendly and quick. We got there a couple minutes before opening and there was a small line but we got in immediately. I would definitely recommend coming here! An easy 5 stars!

Our group booked a reservation for Happy Hour at Joe Fortes Seafood and Chophouse. Had the chilled large prawns served with cocktail sauce and freshly grated horseradish, hot, tender, non-greasy fried squid served with chilis and a side of aioli, and a summer sangria. My first time at the restaurant; however, most of the group had been there many times in the past and stated the food was consistently good and they enjoyed their Happy Hour menu items. Service was prompt and courteous. It was a sunny Friday afternoon, the restaurant was packed, and the lively setting made it a little difficult to hear table conversations at times. Overall, the food was good, and I would go back.

We went to Joe Fortes during a two week holiday in Vancouver with my husband to celebrate our first wedding anniversary, and it was such a lovely evening. We had mentioned the anniversary when booking, and I was really impressed that they actually acknowledged it. They gave us a special menu wishing us a happy anniversary, and later brought us a complimentary dessert to celebrate, such a lovely touch. The service was excellent throughout. Our water glasses were constantly topped up, the team regularly checked in on us without being intrusive, and they were really helpful when recommending what to order. We had the cioppino seafood and a steak, and they arranged everything so that we could share both. The portions were absolutely huge and incredibly generous! We also had some local BC wines, which were delicious. The atmosphere was romantic without being overly formal, and although it was a Monday night, the restaurant had a great buzz without feeling too busy. Overall, a fantastic anniversary dinner with wonderful service, generous portions and lots of thoughtful touches. A really memorable evening!

The host at the front of the restaurant is super friendly and nice. She kept updating us on the table wait and such. Our actual server was only ok. He seems to be busy with other stuff. We had to try to flag him down to get our water refilled. Went there for happy hour and oyster. Oyster is super fresh!! Portion for happy hour isn't big, but tasty. We like the fried squids and the ceviche. Coconut prawns were big prawns, but only two per serving. It was not as good as other dishes we find. They also have kids menu available.
