  This lot was not busy at all. The price was good. And left my vehicle overnight there. The only thing to consider is that it's 24 hour parking except Friday morning it is locked until 6am. So keep that in mind.

  Great brand new parking downtown Vancouver clean safe and secure for a good price for the day from 830 am to 6 pm is 13 dollars plus tax looking forward to parking there again only thing good idea to go there early stall fill fast .

  Right. The absolute pinnacle of human achievement: an urban parking lot. Specifically, the asphalt oasis situated at the intersection of Nelson and Seymour in downtown Vancouver. Now, when one contemplates a metropolitan parking structure, the mind typically conjures images of dystopian concrete caverns smelling faintly of damp despair and stale urine, where you pay forty dollars to have your vehicle trapped behind a structural pillar. However, this particular patch of ground defied all traditional British pessimism. I arrived, and it was clean. Not just "acceptable for a municipal surface lot," but genuinely tidy. No discarded fast-food wrappers dancing in the wind, no mysterious puddles of engine coolant threatening to dissolve the soles of your shoes. Just clean, unadulterated, well-demarcated blacktop. So, what did I do? I parked there. The lines were clearly painted, meaning I didn't have to perform a twelve-point turn just to squeeze between two oversized pickup trucks whose drivers clearly obtained their licenses via a cereal box. The entire transaction of placing a stationary object on a piece of land was executed with a horrifying lack of drama. You drive in, you place the vehicle in 'Park', you pay an extortionate fee to a machine that doesn't care about your soul, and you walk away. It is a monument to functional neutrality. It does exactly what it says on the tin. If you enjoy the thrill of pristine concrete and the absence of vehicular chaos, it is an absolute triumph of civil engineering.

  Very convenient location for parking. Especially on a busy day, we were finally able to find a spot here. It's walking distance from both east and the west end of the island, so one can go in either direction. Limited spots though. I suppose about 35-40. The only problem is exiting can be tricky since it exits to the traffic signal itself and one may not have enough space to adjust the car on the street. Very reasonable price. Definitely recommended!

  We left the car from 6:40pm until close, that's 11pm. I paid $12 in the app, but if you pay at the machine, it says the price was 9. Unfortunately, I didn't have my card with me, but there is plenty of space to park even big vehicles, it's easy to access all the time, and the prices so far, I think, were pretty good.

  $9.00 a day, and ample room. This simply can't be beat. Not to mention it was one of the cleanest parking garages I have eve set foot on. Reading some of the previous complaints- First, it is posted on HUGE signs that you have to pay in advance to park. The directions are clear as can be, and if you can't read, then I don't know what to tell you. I didn't test the closing time, as we parked early in the morning and left mid afternoon. What I can attest to this was a nice garage in a great location to check out the sites downtown. Use common sense, prepay, enter your vehicle plate, and leave the ticket face up on your dash. Your day will go good.
