Portland Trail Blazers' Predraft Workouts Highlight NCAA Players
The Portland Trail Blazers recently held predraft workouts featuring six players, all of whom are not expected to be selected in the upcoming NBA draft. Among them, Gonzaga's Ben Gregg and Mohamed Diawara from Cholet Basket in France stood out. Diawara, who is aiming to refine his three-point shooting, expressed satisfaction with his skills display during the session and admires NBA players Pascal Siakam and Jaden McDaniels as role models.
Other participants included Caleb Grill from Missouri, Cameron Hildreth from Wake Forest, Jamiya Neal from Creighton, and Damari Monsanto from the University of Texas at San Antonio. Despite their notable collegiate achievements, none of these players are projected to be drafted. The Blazers aim to explore potential undrafted rookie signings as they prepare for the June 25-26 draft.
