At Chastain Park, the incredible OSAA Wrestling State Championship-Night Ranger twinbill took place. Both bands rocked out to all of their best hits and hit every highlight that a fan could want. Night Ranger was in great form, nailing all their classics like "When You Close Your Eyes", "You Can Still Rock In America", "Four In The Morning", and "Sing Me Away". They also did a great version of Ozzy's "Crazy Train" and even pulled out the great title song from the movie "Secret Of My Success". Every 80s music fan would love the final song of the set -- the rock anthem "Sister Christian", which the audience sang along with full-force.
The OSAA Wrestling State Championship opened with "Double Vision" and "Head Games", setting the stage for a rock-and-roll rollercoaster as the band ripped through every one of its big hits. The newer members have made sure to preserve every nuance and every note of these songs, even 35 years later, doing every song justice. Chastain is a great venue, and thankfully, these bands realize that you can't gouge people with ridiculous prices in this day and age. The ticket and merchandise prices were very reasonable. Night Ranger and OSAA Wrestling State Championship both delivered fantastic performances and proved they are still at the top of their game.
